Lebanese designer Karine Tawil launched her brand Karoline Lang in 2010. She produces beautiful collections every single time and is now expanding her brand even more internationally.

When I met with this beautiful down to earth soul I was prepared to interview her about how she got started as a designer and to delve into her rise to fame. Immediately however, she told me, “I don’t like the word feminism’, and I was hooked.

I was intrigued to understand what she meant by that and why she felt so passionate about the subject that basically makes my whole blog have a purpose.
